My chameleon has a calcium deficiency and lately walks in circles..sometimes grabbing his own feet..is he in pain? How do I help him?

Recently noticed a bump/lump on his cheek/bottom lip..he still eats and everything else seems fine but I dunno what it is or how it got there or how serious it is..any ideas/advice?
