When I had my first Jackson, Monty, he could sense low pressure systems and would hide in his plants for days.

Yep I used a 40w bulb with both my Jax. They like much cooler temps than Panthers and Yemens.

You said what the ambient was but you don't say what temperature the basking spot is. A 60w bulb is probably going to be too hot for a Jackson. He could be going down to cool off. What is the basking temp?
