    They are nutritious but should only be offered in small amounts to vary their diet but they can cause constipation. Many chams will eat them readily as they often do with worms and then refuse to eat anything else afterwards. I think it's one of those controversial topics......

    Superworms tend to be fatty so this is likely the reason his stools are runny. Cut back and only feed them as a treat and start giving him gut loaded crickets and/or locusts as his diet staple.
