What temperature is the water you are spraying him with? Make sure it's warm as he won't take too kindly to being sprayed with cold water :(

Superworms tend to be fatty so this is likely the reason his stools are runny. Cut back and only feed them as a treat and start giving him gut loaded crickets and/or locusts as his diet staple.
