I am looking for advice on making dowel rods look more like something found in nature.
I am open to almost all options. Basically I am building latices out of dowel rods to support a vine system and live plants.
Here's what I was thinking.

A mister is the best choice. Foggers don't do the job in screen cages and humidifiers won't provide the water droplets needed for the chameleons to drink.
One nozzle is fine for a 2ft x 2ft x 4ft cage. The lowest model you can add upto 10 nozzles, if you don't plan on having alot more cages that's the way to go.
Extra nozzles are $15 and tubing is $0.35 a foot.
You dust them the same as crickets.
The main benifits of dubias over crickets are:

No vocalizations
No Die off (like crickets have)
Grow slowly
Have long lives (12 to 24 months, grow to adults in 4 to 5 months)
No jumping
Slower

If he cup feeds put a dozen or so insects into the cup and see how many he eats in an hour or 2. That should...
My older sister had piranhas a while back (20ish years or so). We learned one thing, Piranhas and hamsters don't get along well.
The hamster lived in a cage above the tank, somehow it got loose and fell off the shelf and into the piranha tank.
Not sure of his parentage, got him from a fellow forum member when he was 14 months old.
I use Rep-Cal (with and without D3 as scheduled) and Hertivite (once or twice a month).
