Awesome, that's what I needed to know. I've got a coral reef tank as well so I know all about lighting and heat, just couldn't figure out what was the most important factor in this case. However, I'm definitely not a plant guy, so the plants will pretty much be fine no matter?
Thanks the cage is going to be ~24"x48", and I have not gotten the plants yet. The pathos and such were not in at Lowes yesterday. I understand the wattage needs to be 65ish, but wasn't sure what was more important, ie. the fact the bulb was an incandescent or the fact it was high Kelvin.
