    Female Deremensis Upgrade

Been meaning to post these for a while. Upgraded my female deremensis with a different type of schefflera and some china doll. Really happy with how it came out. Didn't have luck breeding this year unfortunately. I hoping for next year as I believe my male is getting up there in age.

    Deremensis breeding attempts

OK thanks! I've had them for a little over 2 years now. I brumated them from Dec into March. I'm gonna try a few more times before brumation.

    Deremensis breeding attempts

Hello, This past weekend I tried breeding my pair of Trioceros deremensis. Unfortunately the female did not seem very receptive. I moved the male into the females enclosure. They were fine at first, however, the female began mouth gaping at him and he hid in the corner. Going to give it a few...

    First Breeding Attempt

Follow up. I'm upgrading my female deremensis, finally found a larger enclosure for her. I'm planning on waiting to breed them until she's in her new enclosure. How long should I wait since moving into a new environment will be stressful. I was thinking about 2 months but I also might just be...

Sellers posting only fired up photos

With a lot of animals, the only way to know for sure what they'll look like as an adult, is to buy an adult. Unfortunately, adults, especially the really nice ones, are generally expensive and many more times the cost of the baby. It kind 9f co especially down to, spend a little (in Chameleon...

Who lets their chamelons out to breed in florida???

The ones that have come in or been available for the few years are from Madagascar. The population in Homestead is pretty much extirpated. One pops up every few years, but that's usually it.

    Terrestrial or Communal

Ad far as readily available CB none come to mind. The only ones you can really co-hab is some of the Brookesia, wich are almost all WC from Madagascar. They are a fairly terrestrial species, although some like theili are more arboreal. Theres a handful of Chameleo species that are "terestrial"...
