I found my Veiled Chameleon in my panther cage with this little guy. I then found the panther with this wound on his leg.. I suspect that this is a bite wound.. He has problems grabbing onto the branches and balancing when he's walking, and when i used a Q-tip with warm water to brush off...

Male Veiled's show WAY more colour and pattern. She is mainly green with a bit of colouration. Also, she doesn't have the spurs on the back feet as the males would have. Just check out some pictures of male veiled's and you can definitely see the difference!! As for why she may not be...

UPDATE: The female died today. So whatever this thing is... gets them REAL quick. She was covered within 2 days and then died. I am going to find out what this is..somehow. Thanks to everyone for their help..
