Ive had her since she was 6 months and keep her in a 2 foot by 2 foot by 4 foot glass side and mesh top terrarium

This is my female vieled chameleon about 9 months i take her out daily and yesterday i notice this light spot on her, i touched it to see if it caused pain amd she disnt react, shes been healthy the entire time ive had her, does anyone know what this is?
