    Silkworm eggs?!

Thank you!!! That answered most of my questions! I have a couple more if you don’t mind.😅 My silkmoths were stuck together and i had to physically pull them apart. They were attached for about 4 hours until i stepped in. The female was like clawing at the male. Is that normal? Also, she laid a...

    first time vet visit 🤕

Ok so this afternoon I brought my cham to the vet for the very first time and he did not like it at all. He started his shed today, much to my dismay of course. But i scheduled this before so i didn’t have to wait another month. The vet had good reviews and was connected to another exotic vet...

    Mouth open a little

Ok, I will look into that type of thermometer. My grow light has little benefit when on other than ambient light so taking it down would not be a problem. I am using the Reptisun T5 5.0 and I will be adjusting that to run in the middle. Thank you

    Mouth open a little

The grow light looks purple in photo, is that considered a color light even when it looks white whithout the photo? I use the thermometer for basking (Mostly for humidity) I occasionally use a temp gun about once a week for more accurate temperature. His eyes are only sunken when his mouth is...

    Mouth open a little

Ok, thanks for the certainty. my humidity is really hard to lower and I really don’t know how to lower it. I don’t mist or fog during the day and if i allow air conditioning it gets way too cold. I still worry about the eyes because he didn’t do that last shed. He was irritated and very grumpy...

    Mouth open a little

Omg there is a lot! I will try to cover it all at once… His ambient is 75 during the day and falls to 72 at night. Basking area is 78.5. Ok so I was worried about that too but since this is my first chameleon I didn’t really know what that looked like on a chameleon besides an extreme case...

Can cricket score use/hide in anything other than egg crates? I have more but they keep littering all over them and I fear that I may run out sooner or later. I saw in the reviews for that product that someone used toilet paper rolls, is that effective in any way. Thanks for your help...

    Crickets!

That's probably it. I have a lid with small holes, but I doubt that's enough. I try to keep them minimalistic I have two bins that I interchange them between when I clean. (Thats when they usually die) I use mustard greens and alfalfa and bee pollen (sometimes apples and collard greens) I...
