It's very hard to tell Veiled Chameleon ages by size since they're so variable depending on husbandry. As one example, my young male had just turned five months old in this photo:

He might also just need time. Depending on the amount of coccidia, the treatment can be hard on them, even with the more "gentle" medicines. How is he hydration wise?

The bad thing about antibiotics is that they wipe out any good gut bacteria along with the bad bacteria. I've heard of some people using reptile focused probiotics to help replenish good gut bacteria, which can help with appetite, but I'm not entirely certain how successful it is. It sounds good...
