I ordered dubias from somewhere and they shipped them to me I guess not realizing I’m in Florida. Well Oscar loved them and now I can’t get them anymore so I’m hoping he likes the discoid just as much.

Does anyone know where I could purchase dubia roaches? I live in Florida and nowhere sells them or ships them here. It seems I am able to purchase discoid roaches though. Are they good for chameleons to eat?

I really hope that isn’t a broken rib ? it seems like he might be getting ready to shed. I will definitely be taking him to the vet to get all tested. Any recommendations would be great. I’m in the Delray area but would be willing to travel for the right vet.

Yes that picture is at night he was sleeping hanging on the back wall. That was the first time he has slept like that or even climbed on the wall. It is cocofibers that the whole back wall is made of to help with humidity. The bottom of the enclosure is the leaf litter for the bioactive.

That’s what I was planning on doing but then I kept seeing that they also need a vitamin on the other two weeks in between the d3 days so I panicked a little thinking he wasn’t going to get enough vitamins.

Thank you so much! I have only had Oscar for a week so hopefully only giving him the vitamin with d3 once won’t hurt him and I will get the right stuff ASAP. I plan on doing a husbandry check tomorrow to make sure everything else is good.

I’m sorry didn’t realize it was so small it’s bigger in my camera roll ? It is repcal without d3 and reptivite with d3. Should I add a vitamin as well?
