Hey.
Chamilli just made a purring sound. I immediately thought it was UTI but I see no excess mucus when he opens his mouth.
Is this normal from time to time?
His basking temp is @ 72.5 right now.
Humidity (even after I wrapped the cage) is 38%, and will not go up no matter what I do. I...
It has the FB buttons at the bottom because it wouldn't upload correctly, so I had to screen cap from my FB. lol.
I have a new video of him coming to you shortly.
It is hard to get a pic of it because my camera will not focus in on it.
puss up as in infection?
When the eye is closed, it closes only half way, and you can see a small amount of clear liquid forming over the eye.
is he closing his eyes for most of the day?
It is weird. I will go...
I also suspected that the humidity had something to do with it. I have a small humidifier blowing right in the cage, but the humidity is still super-low. What should I do to raise it? Would covering up 2 sides of the cage with plastic help? Or is there a better method?

It isn't a really crucial thing. Anything that gives the cham air-flow should be good. Just use some common sense. When I bought my panther, I had a 2 hour drive home with him. I had him in a tiny little plastic container with a damp paper towel and a stick. Just make sure he isn't sitting...
This morning after Chamilli's routine morning poop, a piece of something is remaining behind hanging out of his anus. It may be nothing, or it may be serious...I don't know. He is acting happy and healthy. I have uploaded pictures.
My hypothesis is that it is a piece of dried stool, but I...
Ok..so.
My current lighting situation is this...
I use a repti-glo 5.0 for uvb and a 60w house bulb for heat.
Chamilli loves it, but the plants don't "thrive" like I would like them to.
I was thinking about using a plant bulb...what wattage should I use for an umbrella tree and pothos...
