just out of curiosity, how much are they selling the panther chameleons for at petco?
I see veilds go for 90 in my local petco..... never seen a panther
1. As safe as they come! Its possible to get a pissy chameleon (one that doesnt enjoy humans) and those can bite if you try to handle them.....but generally this isnt the case. A chameleon will not incur disease/virus/venom or anything like that to humans.
2. male, females are more high...
good luck getting help. As of now people feel bad for your chameleons and care little for your attitude. Try not to be so rude. Zlew was literally responding to your original post, nothing more.
Im assuming your veiled is older than you panther. Species doesnt matter as far as i know (someone please correct me if im wrong), but the older a cham gets the longer it generally takes for them to complete a shed.
Thanks! just found out your Regnar recently had a birthday as well! he is absolutely gorgeous. I cant wait to get my hand on Faly, hopefully as pretty as him.. Congrats!
your going to get a whole bunch of mixed responses.
Some will say 5.0 because thats what was the norm a while back as 10 was connected to eye issues. However that is no longer an issue with 10s.
Many people, including myself, run the 10 with great results. others still run the 5.0 with great...
Trippy is my first and only panther chameleon. I got him in January when he was about 2 months old, so i gave him the estimated hatch date of Oct. 1 2013, making today his birthday!!
Not only that, i FINALLY managed to piss him off (completely unintentional).
Trippy has only fired up at me...
