I don't know about cham eggs, but I always cut a hole in the top of my snake eggs and soon as the first one starts coming out. If they can't get out, they can drown :( I really have no idea about chams, but it may work the same way. :confused:

Thanks! I didn't install a mist king because I made the misting system myself. It wasn't hard at all to do, an probably took about 5 minutes to put together. I have never seen a mistking, so I can't say if it's easy or hard to put together

Since I only have on cham to feed, and my other reptiles don't eat the same thing, I don't really store bugs in bulk. I buy 50 crix at a time, and just keep them in a critter keeper from petsmart with an egg carton cut up into thirds. I give them a slice of potato every day and a little saucer...

Reptiles will leave both brown (poop) and white (or yellow-orange if they are dehydrated) droppings. The brown is digested food just like most other animals, and the white is urates, or basically pee. That could be what it was

My new cham just had his first super worms today! He didn't have a problem getting them, and It was much easier to see how much he was eating, than just dumping cricket in. He will still be getting some crix so I can keep his diet varied, but he did seem to get a taste of the worms. They did...

I personally use scheflera arboricola and pothos, but there is a great thread on plants in the forum, under enclosures. I believe it's a sticky, and near the top of the list
