My Cham has been in shed for about 4 days now. Is this normal shedding?
As you can see, only the top top portion of his back has come off. It's been like this for 2 days since he began to show signs of shed 4 days ago.
Hello everyone. My 6 month old Cham has had salt excretion around his nostrils for the past 3 weeks. I cut back on supplementing but the excretion continues to show. Should I be worried?
Thanks for the input everyone. I'll go out and buy some crickets today to mix it up a bit. Would it be okay if I were to feed off a hornworm daily along with a few crickets?
I just received two cups of hornworms in the mail. They're all about 1-2 inches. How many a day should my 5 month old veiled eat? Is it okay to feed these daily?
Alright guys! So I joined this site upon buying my first, 3 month old male veiled. He is now 5 months old and I thought it would be a good time to get some feedback.
I've done tons of research to ensure I meet all husbandry requirements. My cham eats, sleeps, poops and urinates. He can even...
Hello everyone! I am very interested in getting a trio of green anoles. Two females and one male.
Any recommendable care sheets out there?
Or advice from some one with knowledge of keeping these critters.
I would highly appreciate it!
Thanks in advance

Hello everyone! Unfortunately, while out of the country, I ran out of crickets and my cricket supplier closed down. I had my pet sitter go to a local petshop to purchase some crickets. She sent me photos and the crickets from the petshop are very dark compared to the crickets I have been feeding...
Hello everyone. I've had my 3-4 month old male veiled for a little under a month now. His temps and humidity are suitable and he eats everyday. He's active and his colors do not signal stress. His poop is normal, solid brown stool and white/yellowish urate. However, his ribs are slightly...
I would love to keep him outside but I have cats and they would hang around his cage and stress him out. Here is a pic of the lighting fixtures. Like have the basking light in one corner and the UVB running diagonally. Is this a good set-up?
What are some signs of overheating?
After hours of moving my room around I was finally able to achieve a basking spot of approximately 85-90 degrees. My cham immediately went over to this spot to bask. Will the temperature of this spot increase to uncomfortable levels as the day gets hotter...
