My daughters veiled chamillion stopped eating a few days ago. He has been laying on the bottom of his cage all day and his eyes look like they are sunk in like he is dehydrated. What should I do? Has anyone ever had this problem?

I think my daughters chamillion is sick. His eyes look like they are indented and he is laying on the bottom of his cage. He has been there all day and hasn't made any attempt to go back up to the top of the cage. He seems very weak and has not been eating for the last few days. Any suggestions...
