Here he is finally!! I've had him for 2 months now. He's about 5 months old and seems so small compared to my 2 years old Ambilobe. He's eating well, full of energy. I just love this little guy, so I thought I would share some pictures...:)

I talked to one of the manager of the reptile store and it turns out that the merus are captive bred... He assured me that they were parasites free, but also insisted on the fact that these chameleons absolutely need a big gap in temperature between day and night...

It definitely frustrating not be able to find a larger variety of feeders.
If you can get ahold of some dubias, you can try breeding them and give the hatchling to your chameleon. Mine never accepted adult dubias, and I'm now left with a growing colony... I'm trying now to offer him baby dubias...
