Welcome to the forums! My friends Panther will often go to his sleeping spot about 20-30 mins just before lights out and that's at about 20:30. He's usually back up about 20-30 minutes before lights on at 8:30. He shouldn't be sleeping during the day so that in itself is somewhat of a guide...
