Great, thanks for the info! Another question...would you recommend a plant light, or will the UVB be enough for the plants?

I'm considering getting a chameleon and I was wondering which is better for UVB: a CFL or a strip light? I know strip lights are better for long tanks, but with a tall tank I wasn't sure. Thanks for any advice!
