Here's a better shot

It's not the best shot nor can you really see his lip but this is what he looked at upon arrival

I ordered a Panther Cham online and he arrived with some small patches of skin left to shed. ive had him for two weeks now and he still hasn't shed the remaining skin. A small part of his lip has some dry skin as well. He's eating and is active but im concerned for his overall health
