I use dubia roaches as a staple food. Not sure what the ratio is for them.

Mist king is great mister. It can operate up to ten nozzles at a time so if you decide to get more chameleons you have that option

They love dubias. I would highly recommend them. They aren't as gross as you might think, you just have to get over your preconceived notions of cockroaches.
