I found a couple pieces of feces from my female Veiled that is brown/black and looks like it has a coating of jelly around it. Should I be concerned?

What kind of basking bulb/light is being provided when the "grow light" is not being used? Maybe he is lacking heat from the normal basking area and seeks it from the CFL you use for the plants. Also depending on what plants you are using, the CFL is more than likely not needed.

Is it a CFL or linear?
