I'm wondering now if he's as old as we thought when we got him, I've looked at other cham pictures of around that age and they seem bigger, so maybe he's younger. Thanks for all your nice comments, and yes his claws are really sharp, he climbs up my arm and leaves leon prints! Not sure if...
OK, I know, i'm at the stage where I get excited about everything he's doing! He's had a good wander around today and has been exploring the Shefflera plant and vines.
Also, had a really funny moment with the leopard gecko thinking he was a chameleon today......We've got a glass exo-terra viv...
lol, you have a Leon too? we were watched the film 'the professional/Leon' last week, and had already decided to get a chameleon, so watching that gave me the idea for the name. Kinda fitting as the film version was a pretty good marksman, and the obvious name connotation!
Oh cool, thank you! how long does it take them to start having a wander round? Also, how often do they move about, or do they usually stick to one area?
Sorry for all the questions, its just I couldn't find much on the forum about activity levels and I've been through almost everything I...

They had a female too at the reptile shop and I actually really liked her, she was a bit bigger than Leon, and a really lovely bright green. I would have liked her just as much, but I was advised to get a male because I've heard the horror stories about the girls getting egg bound. I know thats...
Yeah, I've done loads of research and I would feel too guilty about cutting corners, they're not really the kind of animal you can make mistakes with either.
I'm really pleased because i've seen him eat four crickets today while I was watching, and I saw him drink too. I was really worried...
Thanks for your comments, its nice to know he's looking good.
We have two reptile shops in our area, the first one we went to was were I got my leopard gecko from, but the manager recomended a glass viv that was completely unsuitable, it was 2ft long by 18 inches high. They also had adult...
