I agree. i dont know an easy way to clean the cricket cage without them jumping everywhere while doing a thorough job.
thanks for the advice everyone and ill probably use use crickets everyday while alternating between silkies and superworms. hopefully i can find butterworms somewhere local...
ah ok thanks for the advice. it was only a thought that i had because they are much more easier to care for than crickets and im not sure if im ready for roaches yet. If this is the case, how many worms should i feed cooper a week? would one a day while alternating different worms per day as...
if i were to go on a strict worm diet, what variety of worms compliment each other best? i know that silkies can be a staple, but buying them all the time can be expensive. i plan to try and breed them, but even so, a variety is always the best bet so i was just wondering if any of you have a...
dang i just checked this morning and more of them died...doesnt look like any one of them have a virus...just probably a bad bunch or something...does anybody know where to get cheaper silkworms other than mulberry farms? i want to buy more but the shipping is killer
ahahha darn those silkworms! i would totally buy them more often if they werent so expensive because of the shipping from mulberry farms. just wanted to breed some as i fed the rest to cooper but its proving to be harder than i thought. it just sucks that the more expensive and fragile worm had...

how do you guys keep your cage floor dry? i have been thinking about this ever since i wanted a mistking. once i get mine, i am probably going to let the mistking run for a bit just so it can water my plants at the same time. i was wondering how you guys keep the bottom from being soaked. i dont...
ok i dont think im going to use this plant but i was wondering if any type of ficus or schefflera would be fine. i know people like the ficus and schefflera tree and was wondering if it was only a specific type. thanks
hahahahahahahahah! i just dumped all the poop out. i felt so bad because they were living in literally almost a cup full of their poop haha. they were turning yellow and moist because it was being mixed with the chow color and stuff haha. hopefully they aren't sick. i wouldnt want them to die...
i was just hoping because it has built up a lot hahaha. i feel bad for them because they are just living in their poop hahahaah. i feel like they would get sick from it and die before i could feed them
