You don't need to force open his whole mouth. Just open his lips a little and give him a drop from the syringe and he will automatically open his mouth and start to lick the fluid. While he licks the fluid you can stick a cricket or worm into his mouth good luck

He usually does that when he's going to shed:) I always offer him my hand while he's shedding so he can use me as a branch to rub his skin off:D
