I'm using an tropical arcadia t5 24" fixture at 6% along with a 6400k bulb. Then using a regular 40w house bulb for basking.

Hey guys. Just want to share some positive feedback and a great experience. Last week thursday late night around 12am, I was doing lots of research on upgrading my lights. I ended up emailing todd at lightyourreptiles, expecting a response sometime the following day. Instead, a few minutes...

I always had fake plants..just added a golden pothos...and now I'm and already thinking of what other plants I can add..the list never ends. Hahaha

The best brand for slippery tubs are Sterilite bins. Usually a few bucks more than cheap stuff, but way better quality.

Great plant work. I just added a pothos and now I have to do some small rearranging. Hope olaf won't mind. Where did you get that stand? Is it 24"?

Being a reef guy, I know how much heat metal halides produce. That definitely isn't good if the cham comes close to the fixture. Also, who wants a bill for a mh fixture, when you can have a cheaper bill running the T5s from arcadia. That's just my $0.02

If she flips back at some point she should be ok. My bearded always goes into tiny hibernation stages where he doesn't move. And just looks at me when I try to move him. Is she reacting to anything ??
