There is no mold on the eggs

How did the eggs turn out ?

But there's no mold on the eggs just the vermiculite

Any ideas what would cause the mold ? Will it be bad if some of the powder gets on the egg ?

Hello , my female panther laid eggs back on 1/2/2014 , checking the eggs today I noticed mold on the vermiculite by the eggs but not the eggs , is this something I should be worried about ? Any way to get rid of the mold ? Thank you for your responses
