    Drainage in screen enclosure

One way is to drill a whole bunch of tiny holes and place a large tupperware container underneath your enclosure to catch all the access water from misting.

    Confidence building

Does she appear weak when trying to climb? Possibly not recieving enough uvb lighting? I know that lack of uvb lighting can cause a chameleon or lizard to become lethargic. And eventually develope the MBD (Metabolic bone disease). Not trying to scare you, just want you to be safe then sorry. I...

    Setting up a PROPER Flexarium!

If you plan to be gone days at a time, do you plan on having someone coming over to mist your chameleon 3 times a day? It's not fair to the chameleon if you think you can just take off for a few days at a time and he'll be fine until you get home.

    To use on the bottom?

I'd also suggest no substrate, so you can monitor your chameleons intake of crickets. Even if you cup feed, I still recommend no substrate. It makes life a whole lot easier on the chameleon keeper.

    Vivarium - confused

I use these Exo-Terra units to house my crickets. It keeps them contained well and gives plenty of room for them. I advise an open screened enclosure for the little guy :)

    The New Cage

For this type of cage, I'd suggest using pvc with drilled drainage holes for the floor. Use a rubbermaid container underneath the cage to catch all the access water from misting and whatnot.

Need ideas for introduciong a new feeder

I've had the same problem with Hornworms, Silkworms and Butterworms. My chameleon will only eat crickets and superworms now. When I first brought him home, he'd eat hornworms right from my hand. I think he ate a bad tasting one and now rejects them. Silkworms he has never gave an interest to...

    Hello everyone...Could Use expert Opinion

Yeah, I won't be breeding these 2 panthers. These were pets that I wanted because I love Chameleons. I'll be breeding 100% pure locales when I'm ready to buy in a few months time. I have to get everything built and all set up and in perfect working order before I place any orders for my Chams...

    Hello everyone...Could Use expert Opinion

Thanks for your reply Will. My Chameleon is roughly 16-18 months old. I got him at roughly 1 year old. He was a trade in to the pet shop that sold him to the customer. This Chameleon is super tame and such a sweetheart. I won't be breeding him as I can't be 100% sure of his locale or if he's a...
