It could be numerous things... None of which any of us could accurately diagnose just by looking at a picture. Your only real option is to take your chameleon to a qualified veterinarian. Preferably ASAP if it suddenly appeared.

She looks great Chase! She does look a little heavy, but I wouldn't quite say gravid just yet.

Possibly a tapeworm, or roundworm egg. Could also just be a bubble. But I can't tell you for sure by that picture alone. Absolute best bet is to get a fresh fecal to a qualified vet.
