From what I remember they were oval and back towards the tail.

    My Veiled Laid Eggs!

We had a laying bin in her cage the entire time. She just never dug. I don't think she ever laid before. We never saw her dig and never found any eggs. Also, the vet took an x-ray of her and I could see the eggs inside.

    My Veiled Laid Eggs!

Yeah, it just jumped on her when we were feeding her. I thought it was pretty funny. You could tell that she was very annoyed by it. lol

    My Veiled Laid Eggs!

Almost a year ago we started noticing that my female veiled was behaving oddly. Her colors were darker and she was not eating so much. I took her to a reptile specialist in my area. He took an x-ray of her and confirmed that she was gravid. Since then, we have tried several different laying-bin...

    Pothos Species

Does anyone know if pothos n-joy (that is the common name) is ok to put in a chameleon enclosure? I looked it up online, and I think the scientific name is epipremnum pinnatum. I was just wondering if there is any difference in the species of pothos as far as how safe they are, or if any variety...

    Gravid?

Ok thank you so much! I have tried this a couple of times and all she does is scratch at the sides of the bucket trying to get out, but I will keep trying and hope for the best :)

    Gravid?

Well I went to the vet and found out that she does in fact have some eggs in her. The vet, who specializes in birds and reptiles, seemed to be very knowledgable. He told me to use moss in the laying bin, whereas almost everything I have read on this forum says to use damp sand. Is she more...

    Gravid?

Yes, I have a large plastic container filled with moist sand. When I put it in her cage, she got very nervous. She kept staring down at it and her brown spots became a very dark green, almost black. After about an hour she calmed down, though, and now she is asleep. If she needs to lay eggs...

    Gravid?

So when I got home today and tried to feed Charlotte, she had no interest in eating. She loves her food and has never refused to eat before! I usually feed her 1 insect at a time, several times throughout the day. She ate 2 crickets, a butter worm, and 2 small phoenix worms, but when I...

    Normal Female Colours?

My female veiled Charlotte has had some weird colors for about the last 4 days. Do you think that she is also going through a color change, or could she possibly be gravid? The pattern that's showing up on her is more of a brown with blueish spots near the top of her back. I have included a...

    Egg Laying

Once a female veiled becomes gravid, what is the average amount of time until she will lay the eggs?

    Gravid?

Ok, well thank you for your replies. I'll let you know if there are any other changes.

    Gravid?

Here is a picture from above. Her belly does not look that big, but it was pretty big two days ago. Since my last post I have seen her at the bottom of the cage twice. I am working on an egg-laying bin right now, and I will post more pictures if she moves to a spot in her cage where I can get...
