Thanks guys for the help. Unfortunately, my chameleon passed away early this morning... The vet did mention the possibility that she might have had parasites and gave me medicine for that. Are parasites something she would have had while at the pet shop or while she was in my care?

That is a bad picture of the right eye. She was still asleep when I took that picture. Her right eye looks fine and much better than that picture. However, the picture of her left eye is accurate and that is what worries me.
