The average temp ( right under the light) at top sits around 100 degrees where as the middle is at 74ish...

Ive been looking at these incadecent socket LEDs that are 21"called Jungle Dawn grow n glow lights. They look amazing! I want to get one or two..... but the only site i can find is sold out till the end of the month. Oh, theres also a lighting system thats made by mistking that looks kinda cool...

Ive built some pretty cool hydroponic fish tanks. But never for reptile enclousres. With the new chameleon cage Im hoping to get some of those same ideas and put them into chameleon cages. But not really sure how....

They screw in bulbs or long tubes?

So very true! "you don't really need a tropical beautiful plant to have a "natural" enclosure." But, I've gotten into setting up some really elaborate setups... and want to try growing some really exotic plants. I want that WOW! factor... if you know what i'm talking about.

Sweet vid! How big are the enclosures? When you say 6500k are we talking: NO (normal out put) , HOs ( High out put), VHO (very High Output) or PCs? ( Power Compact) bulbs? Could I also use grow lights???

Those LED lights look super awesome! but, will the intensity of the light be strong enough down 48"?
