warm/soft water, i also cleaned it out, warm water doesnt cause the build up

So i got a Zoomed fogger about two months ago and it stopped pumping out fog. i opened it and turned it on and fog was made but its not going up the tube anymore, i can easily take apart to fix it but im not sure what the problem is. Any insight?
