I recently ordered the quad fixture HO t5- I noticed a change in color. More vibrant- lights should be on 12 and 12 - I would recommend that also once the weather is nice take him out - that will help to.

The best would be a screen cage. With humidifier in the room a few feet away from cage . You would really be set then if you got a mist king. Till then just hand mist

I have seen those. I was told that the water circulates via pump from resivoir and drips thru plant and back into system again - Looks kinda neat

You want a tall cage - screen sides and top. I wouldn't place heater in tank (gotta get a taller cage) place space heater in room were cage is to help raise ambient temperature.
