I use heatpads for my leopard geckos in there tubs and don't have a problem, I put aluminum foil like syn said on the sticky part and it works just fine.
You can give them a 2.0 UVB if you wish, It's not needed butit brightens up the cage nicely. And the frogs
You should put a heat pad against the back of the cage, on the wall.
Dust there food with plain calcium and d3 and vitamins every week.
And yeah, the umbrella plants fine, I have one...
I'm assuming by filled neck dragon, you mean frilled lizard?

I have a male and two females but the females are both to small right now to breed.
I plan on getting a nice looking high orange once I find one in my price range.
