I know Chameleons dont like still water and zoo med sells those ones that sit on top the cage with the straw that drips slowly, are there any DIY ones?

I can't find anything, what is OK to use for Chameleons for substrates>? He's a baby veiled, picture of him for size - seems I don't know his age. Or if size even matters when determining bedding.
