ok thank you! I am working on setting up a humidifier and I spray his cage down about twice a day

so my almost adult male started to shed a while ago but stopped and now I'm starting to get worried I've been doing stuff with remodeling my room so maybe it could be stress im not sure

my veiled chameleon is aways trying to get out he is almost an adult but whenever I open the door he is on his way out and if he does get out its a pain to get him back in because he hisses at me a lot
