I have the same going on right now. I have about 4 mo old Veiled and he eats like a monster. I only cup feed him, and he would eat 25 in an hour and go for more. As soon as I put the cup with about 10 small/medium crickets inside, after 5 minutes it would be empty. He just seems to be always...

My wife is currently volunteering at botanical garden, and they have live butteries there. I know that some are toxic and some are OK to feed. Does anyone know which are OK, because I couldn't find on Google. Thanks.
Whenever I open the container with my silkworms, I get hit with their terrible smell. Is it normal? I clean the container like every other day, many of them have black stripes on them though, i guess its form waste. Any thoughts, or suggestions... Thanks

The light dome that i have rests directly on top of the cage, and actual bulb is about 3 inches apart from it.
His basking spot is about 10" from the top
I already switched from 100w to 75w, but still gets to 90F on that spot, My cage is 48"x24"X24".
I have seen a blog here about a baby and juvenile chams, it says that basking light might not be required....
