well it looked like a roundworm judging by pictures of roundworms. And it was right next to a really slimy looking stool of hers.

I live outside of Philadelphia. I think I'm going to try to get her an appointment at the University of Pennsylvania veterinary hospital So, the worm has been in the freezer for a day. Should I take it out and put it in the fridge? Or is it too late?

no not always, but for the past couple days it's looked puffy

I won't use it tonight. I had no idea that they could disrupt their sleep. I also think my chameleon may have gular enema? Could this be related to her being gravid?

She seems to be ok now she is awake and climbing around her cage. The laying bin should be inside of her enclosure right?

Update: I took her to the vet. The vet felt her stomach and said it was distended meaning she is probably gravid. I put her back in the cage and turned on her dripper and she drank a lot, she still hasn't touched the laying bin.
