HELP! First time mommy to a Veiled Chameleon

I’m worried something is wrong with my Veiled Chameleon throughout the day he’s perfectly fine and never has his mouth open like he does in this photo but as soon as I turn off his lights and turn his red UVB light on for the last past couple of days he’s been having his mouth open
