Hi there,
I have been lurking the boards for quite some time and have decided to come out of the shadows and introduce myself and my chameleon, Volo. Volo is a blue bar ambilobe panther chameleon. I got him about 2/3 weeks ago from Harry at Chroma Chameleons, sired by Hollywood. He is about 4.5/5 mths old.
I love him! i think i am addicted! I am already planning for my next one (or more)!

I think you chose the best of the clutch. The red in his belly is gonna get more defined each week. Please update us with pix... I'd love to see his progress.
 
Welcome to the addiction! If I had enough room in my house I would have many more than just two chameleons,lol! This is a great site to share everything chameleon!:D

I'm in the same boat as you, I have had one for a month and I'm already considering another. It's very addictive!
 
Welcome to the group. We cham owners are a strange group, most of us love our little four footed babies. We all started with one and the rest is history, or lots more cages.:D:D

Your man Volo is very pretty. At first the date on your pictures confused me then I decided you are like me and don't always change the little stuff.:) Glad to have another like minded person.

Harry, i will definitely keep you updated and try to stay in touch. I will be out to the canadian breeders expo in a couple weeks and will probably see you there :)
Sorry if the dates confused anyone, maybe i'll change it next time :p (nope i don't sweat the small stuff)

geez, Harry, i thought that was what you said to me!;) As for you mychelle, i am jealous, i havnt had the opportunity to hold Zeus!
 
welcome!! hey im going to the expo too! Im going to pick up my first cham there!! maybe ill see you there. Awesome lookin boy you got there. Harry if i buy one from you it better be the best of the clutch too! haha

I should have said...."I think you chose the best of the remaining clutch"...

I would have a hard time deciding which of the 2 was best. Problem is , what looks great today , can get better down the road. Safe to say that this clutch was from awesome parents and has a very high probability of producing stunning chams.

Just for fun , I'd be curious to see what each of these guys look like in another 6 months. I bet no one would kick either one out of bed....LOL
 
Jamelon... Sorry for the confusing semantics, I clearly uttered a very confusing statement earlier....:eek:

If you get one from me, I'd guarantee you'd be getting the best of any particular clutch's remaining chams.....
 
theyre beautiful.. harry is awesome to deal with.

im glad with my pick, however i still want a baby... maybe a round 2 coming??

i know those mirko babies gotta be getting a little bigger by now

I was just teasing you, Harry, i am not in the least disappointed with my 2, although i think i need to take a bit of a harder stance in regards to handling them, they always shy away from me when i get my hand close to them
 
Definitely need to be tougher with them. Volo always threatens to bite when i try to pick him up...i use the ove glove to get him out..lol ( i take it off after). He is fine once he is out. :)
