I don't get people sometimes...

So my neighbor gets a new puppy about three weeks ago and they are happy and they said how wonderful their new puppy is and how much they love him and on and on. Well, Saturday morning their older dog bites the eye out of the puppy and instead of taking him to the vet, they went to the Animal Control Office - where they got him from - and returned him... just like when you go to the store and get something that does not work or you just don't like it and returned it. And just like nothing happened , they got home and their life goes on. They knew their older dog does not get along with people let alone any other dog, still they got another dog.I heard the puppy that morning screaming in pain and I knew something had happened. And ofcourse they are already looking for another dog...
