What do you reccomend? The EXO TERRA or zoo med? Or fluckers? or maybe T rex? I plan to buy some for my setup, but I want the best.

I like the "jungle vines" by Exo-Terra
I also am a big fan of using plastic / rubber /silicon coated (in brown, black or green) electrical wire.

Don't use the Fluker's ones. They fall apart in less than a year and kind of rot. They are horrible.

I use biovine. Forgot the maker though. It's still good after a few months.

I don't use fake vines anymore. I gather madrone branches, scrub em down, and in they go. They work great and are really nice looking. They are also better for cham feet. Different diameters of vine and different softnesses are good for the chameleon's feet. I also read from somewhere on the forums that water is not wicked away from a cham's feet with the fake vines but natural branches dry off because they have vertical texture that naturally moves water down.. The water that stays on the fakes sits under a roosting cham's feet and can cause fungal infections.

That's what I have, Exo Terra. I use them in conjunction with plants and sticks. My Chams have all kinds of textures, diameters and softness/hardness. Seems like they are happy.

I'm a big fan of Madrone (Arbutus) too. Highly recommended it.
I use both branches and vines. Different diametres and surfaces are good for their feet, I believe.

How is the wire working for you? do u twist it together or just use one strand?

The wire is awesome; It is bendable, positionable, washable, there's nothing for the chameleon to chew off and ingest, the bugs dont chew it but can walk on it, and it doesnt wear out. You can wrap different thicknesses of wires (and colours) around each other or use singularily. Often I loosely wrap a thin narrow gauge green coated wire or two around a bigger fatter brown wire or around a branch or starting out "climbining" up a branch but then going off on its own. And I also have singular several wire vines on their own going here and there, in different diametres. I also find its nice to grow a pothose up and along the wire vines, to support the plant and direct its growth.

I use bio vine, and do agree stay away from the flukers, they get all sticky and fall apart after being wet. I aslo use a couple of exo tera vines as well they work pretty good but when they were new they droped lots of little wood chunks or whatever it is that they use to make it look real. It was a concern of mine at first i would think if a cham ingested enough of that it could cause some problems. But now that they are getting to be about six months old they dont drop anything. and still hold up pretty well.
