This fixture provides everything as one? Am I reading this right? This omit me from needing a heat bulb?

I would venture to say no, the listing indicates "supplemental" heat. That's going to be strictly the little amount of heat the bulbs put off but not enough for a basking spot unless your ambients are close to basking levels already??

You still need a heat bulb while using that fixture. The fixture is just for UVB and grow light (probably a 6500k T5HO). It adds heat to your ambient temperature because T5 bulbs emits some heat but not enough like a basking bulb.
