Opinions? Lights etc

Hi guys sorry been quiet I've been mega busy!

Ok I know when I first joined up on here I joined this lovely forum, what with being a new chameleon owner.
Anyway I posted on here about the set up I got & everyone was really nice & said all was ok, anyhow I've joined other groups and am geting attacked left right and centre as my mercury all in one light which is UV UB and heat is apparently wrong? And only gives off 5% Uv where as I need 12%?? Could you please give me some advice on what set ups and lights all you guys use?

If I'm doing it wrong I really wanna get the correct lighting for my guys!
I wanna make sure I have the best set up for them, or if you could point me in the right direction to purchase a new light?

What are your temps would be my question. I believe those bulbs are very hot

Thank you basking is arounc 30-32
But I'm guessing I'm using the wrong light? I'll attach a picture of the tube I'm looking at to buy coulf you tell me if it's ok?

12% T5 HO is for very tall cages since even at 3ft its putting out more uv than the t8 6% at 6". If that bulb is a 12% T8, then it would be great for a 3-4ft cage.
