Male or Female Panther Chameleon?

I got this panther chameleon from a local breeder, however he does not know the gender.. can anyone tell me what they think the gender might be based on this photo?
He also told me the chameleon is 3 months old.. does this seem accurate?

Could you post more pictures with the base of the tail sticking straight out so we can best determine its sex.

That is a male! You can tell by the tail base and there is even a little bulge that that males have.

yes, only the males have this.
