Chameleon eating before he goes to sleep at night? good or bad?

Every morning when I wake up I put 1 horn worm, 3 meal worms, and 10 crickets in the his feeder cup. Most of the time everything gone by noon, but tonight there were still 5 crickets left.

My guy came down off is basking spot went to his feeder cup ate the last five and continued to sleeping spot. From what I understand chameleons digest food better when they are able to bask after feeding. I guess he will be fine, but should I monitor his feeding better? and make sure he doesn't eat before sleeping?

Thanks for answers

On occasion, not going to hurt.
but they need their body at about 86' in order to properly digest their food and up to 3 hours(about).
That is why feeding early is suggested, so food doesn't sit undigested all night

Thats what I thought, Ill monitor him better around the evening and make sure he doesn't have any snacks still crawling around
