cham food

ok i've been to the data base, for the main foods i can feed my cham. but is there any other types or bugs or w/e i can feed them?? and is there anyway to breed crickets??

Silkworms, Fruit Flies, Houseflies, Crickets, Zoophobus, Waxworms as treats only, Wax Moths, Tropical Roaches, Wild-caught Insects (get where there isn't insecticides). I always say the stupid question is the question not asked, is it bad to offer your Cham's silkworms I noticed my sub adult Jacksons would prefer silkworms over crickets or anything else.
