    Hi i am getting them from various different sites in the uk as thats where i live.I usually use livefoods.co.uk or livefoods direct.I have to shop around as usually the pheonix worms are the hardest to find ,also silkworms are sometimes out of stock at places!

    What are her limbs like? Shaking can be a sign of mbd.Are you supplementing her food? If so what with and how often. What uv light are you using? % of uv and type e.g tube or compact (spiral bulb)

    Mine also was happier to come out.He too comes out everyday (his choice), he walks onto my arm when i mist and walks all around me and the sofa.He is green in new cage now and back to going to bed about 9-10pm,but still not eating drinking.Not even when he was showered earlier.

    chameleon dust is made by t-rex.It is designed especially for chameleons to dust on food.Has vitamins,minerals and calcium.Says it can be used daily but i got told on uk forum that calypso calcium 5 x week and nutrabol 2 x week were better.

    I was told on here to use a 10% due to the height of my cage (4 ft) and the fact i have a canopy on the top.Was told 50% of uv is lost when outside the mesh.(my canopy has a reflector)
