Don't take your cham for a walk on a leash. Don't put him on your shoulder to go walk around the block. The cham will be stressed from the dog.. the moving around... the birds flying around... not having cover to hide... He may enjoy the sun, but there will be too much else going on for him to really enjoy it. If you wanna give your cham some sun just take him outside on a stick and sit or stand in direct sun. You could also make or buy a cage for sunning your cham. If you make a cage give him coverage so he can find shade, don't leave him out there for too long especially mid day in the summer months. Mid day sun is very intense for chams and they mostly seek cover mid day.
